As a Finance & Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax filings.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including cost analysis and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a maritime or logistics company.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Certification in ACCA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
