In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things mobile. Daily, you’ll assist customers with device troubleshooting, software updates, and hardware repairs using tools like iFixit, Apple Configurator, and Samsung Smart Switch. You’ll also handle sales transactions, demonstrate new products, and ensure our inventory is always up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Assist customers with software updates, data transfers, and hardware repairs using specialized tools.
• Handle sales transactions and demonstrate new products to customers.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are accurately recorded and replenished.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets and achieve monthly sales goals.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile device sales, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems, including troubleshooting and software updates.
• Familiarity with tools like iFixit, Apple Configurator, and Samsung Smart Switch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of hardware components and repair processes.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
