📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant machinery and equipment
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Assist in the repair and replacement of faulty components
• Monitor and record equipment performance and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
• Participate in safety and quality assurance initiatives
• Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mechanical and electrical systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and industrial machinery
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various work sites
