As an IT Security Tools Operations Engineer at TikTok, you will work closely with our IT security team to monitor, maintain, and improve our security tools. You will be responsible for ensuring that our security tools are up-to-date, performing optimally, and providing the necessary protection for our systems. • Monitor and maintain security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability management systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other IT teams on security-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements to our security infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our IT infrastructure.
• Document security processes, tools, and procedures for future reference.
• Participate in incident response and recovery efforts as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security tools operations.
• Strong knowledge of security tools such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, and SOAR.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, or ArcSight.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
