📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the concrete batching plant, ensuring efficient and safe production.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of concrete produced, adhering to industry standards and client specifications.
• Manage and train the production team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Optimize the use of resources to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime and ensure the longevity of the plant equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality concrete solutions.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the batching plant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing concrete batching plants.
• Certification in Concrete Technology or a similar relevant field is a plus.
• Proficient in using concrete production software such as Concrete Plant Manager or similar.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the construction industry in Bali is a significant advantage.
