📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations across all branches in Jakarta Timur, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and distribution to maintain optimal stock across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of merchandise.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems such as SAP or similar ERP software.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of store operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and develop store managers and staff to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about inventory and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all retail locations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the fashion industry.
