📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and couriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock at all times.
• Work with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities are in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
• Work with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of logistics and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for logistics and warehouse operations.
• Experience in managing and training warehouse staff.
