📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Manage reservations and bookings, including confirming and canceling appointments.
• Provide information about the resort, facilities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and managing event spaces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk/receptionist roles, preferably in the hospitality or sports industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer service certification is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for sports and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
