📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems in accordance with international standards (ICP, ISO 14001, etc.)
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
• Collaborate with the finance leadership team to implement pricing strategies that ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality healthcare services
• Prepare and present cost accounting reports to senior management, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Provide training and support to staff on cost accounting principles and practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost accounting and pricing
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our cost accounting processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting, with a focus on pricing and costing in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices, including activity-based costing and marginal costing
• Proficiency in using cost accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-financial stakeholders
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (ICD-10, DRG, etc.)
