• Develop and implement innovative automotive aftermarket solutions using 3M's advanced materials and technologies.
• Conduct technical consultations and workshops with automotive manufacturers and aftermarket service providers.
• Provide technical support and training to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of 3M products.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of 3M products in the field, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket solutions or a related field.
• Strong understanding of automotive industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
