• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Attend training sessions and workshops to develop your management skills
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and optimization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related industries
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
