• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to clients in Spanish.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist clients with product and service information, and ensure their needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of English is a plus.
