📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates for open positions.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and clients to ensure a positive employer brand.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
