PT Luhur Anggrek is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.,Manage and supervise a team of junior cooks.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Train and develop junior cooks to ensure consistent quality of food.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent time management and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a team and lead others.
