PT Restu Indah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to all customers.,Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Handle cash and card transactions securely.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Familiarity with basic computer and POS systems.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
