📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control costs to optimize profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage staff and budgets effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
