As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify potential talent pools.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
