📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
