In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR operations, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and benefits information.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR team in managing employee leave and attendance records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
