Prime Town Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is based in Gorontalo and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and document findings to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes.,Collaborate with the finance team to manage fuel and maintenance budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic regulations and safety standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
