Easy Prime Lestari is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and coordinating fleet operations efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule, and that drivers are properly trained and supervised.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of all vehicles and drivers.
  • Develop and implement training programs for drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours as needed.
