📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide feedback and guidance to other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
