PT Sejahtera Permata is seeking a dedicated Deputy Cook to join our team in Kendari. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food items.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for the restaurant.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.,Assist in special events and promotions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.
