PRISM Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Balikpapan. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during events and banquets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Provide information about the hotel and its facilities,Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth event operations,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area,Assist with event setup and breakdown,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally,Promote hotel services and amenities to guests,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic hotel operations and procedures,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Proactive and detail-oriented,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
