📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and monitor patients' physical and mental health, documenting progress in EHR systems.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Educate patients and their families on addiction recovery, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.
• Participate in group therapy sessions and individual counseling using CBT techniques.
• Collaborate with social workers, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in addiction treatment through continuous education.
• Report any adverse reactions or changes in patient condition to the medical director.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related healthcare setting, preferably in addiction treatment.
• Certification in Addiction Nursing (e.g., Certified Addiction Nurse, CAN) or willingness to pursue certification.
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems and medical software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with English as an asset.
