📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of road maintenance projects.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.,Manage and mentor a team of workers, ensuring high performance and safety standards.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other required documentation.,Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising road maintenance or construction projects.,Proven experience in project management and team leadership.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Experience working in Bali is a plus.
