Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Project Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is part of a larger HR and Payroll transformation project, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday in our client's organization.

As a Senior Workday Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of the Workday implementation project, including project planning, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Workday implementation project, including project planning, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead a team of project managers and consultants to ensure the successful implementation of Workday.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and end-users.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to Workday.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR and Payroll transformation projects.
• Proven experience with Workday implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
