📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze market demands and develop strategic distribution plans to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Utilize GIS software to identify key logistics hubs and optimize delivery routes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive distribution plans using SAP and Oracle logistics management systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution networks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics planning initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics planning, strategic distribution, or route optimization.
• Proven expertise in using SAP, Oracle, and GIS software for logistics planning and route optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CILT, or CLM) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
