📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide training initiatives.,Provide feedback and support to employees to ensure they are meeting their training goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
