As the Head of Retail, you will spearhead our retail strategy, elevate the customer experience, and drive sales growth in some of the most sought-after locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of retail professionals, oversee the opening and operation of new stores, and ensure that each Leica retail experience meets the brand's high standards. You will leverage your deep understanding of the local market to develop innovative retail solutions, and work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create a cohesive brand strategy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience across all Leica stores in Bali.
• Manage and mentor a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the opening and operation of new Leica stores, ensuring that each location meets the brand's high standards for quality and service.
• Leverage data analytics and market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop innovative retail solutions to meet the evolving needs of customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Leica's global vision and local market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and implement best practices for store operations and customer service.
• Monitor and evaluate store performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a retail manager or similar role in a high-end retail environment, preferably in the photography or optical industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of retail professionals.
• Deep understanding of the local market in Bali, including consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Retail Pro, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a comparable qualification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
