📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, ensuring all details are covered.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and equipment.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for events.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in managing inventory and supplies for banquet events.,Help with event execution, including managing staff, timing, and overall event flow.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages during events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for the next event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
