📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Oversee inventory management and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.,Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or coffee industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and point of sale systems.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
